A new U.S. trade representative is in place and the congressional committees that oversee trade policy are already moving forward on issues affecting global commerce. Following our recent articles on the 2009 trade agenda for the Obama administration and the House Ways and Means Committee, this article provides additional details on the trade issues likely to be in play this year, based on recent comments by administration officials and key lawmakers.
